SPINE YOGA脊柱理疗瑜伽

Spinal yoga enable the spine to refresh and renew itself. Using supportive props and hanging belts, it opens up the vertebral, unblock Nadis and "Let the sun shines in". Through muscle-spine-mind connection, emotion that are housed inside body could be removed and released.
脊柱瑜伽,以它的疗愈功效著名。

利用各类辅助工具,牵引墙绳、倒立挂绳、瑜伽砖等,帮助脊柱打开,畅通脊柱上的气穴,让“阳光注入”。
肌肉-脊柱-大脑-心念深深关联,打开放松脊柱后,被深藏在身体中的情绪也同时得到释放。


RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA身体修复阴瑜伽

Restorative Yin yoga – the quiet practice – turns our attention inwards, to connect to the true essence of ourselves.

We practice restorative yoga meditatively, using long-held poses without muscle tension, which strengthen and flex our connective, fascial and ligament tissues, mobilise our joints, and stimulate and soothe the nervous system. As a result, the exercises we do have a stress-reducing and regenerative effect.

We learn how to accumulate the subtle energy flow (chi flow) and to feel the enhanced energy flow in our meridians after completing a yoga practice. This practice nourishes us from our core, with a blend of awareness, calmness and relaxation.

在静态伸展的体式中,心神内观,借助辅助工具的力量,将经络和气脉逐渐打开畅通,精微能量重新流动,十二条经络也逐渐柔软。

Ashtanga阿斯汤伽

Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system of Yoga that was taught by Vamana Rishi in the Yoga Korunta. Composed by “Vinyasa” (breathing and movement system), and “Tristhana ” (three places of mindful attention), Ashtanga practice is to purify, strengthen and give flexibility to the body. Meanwhile, by rhythmic breathing with movement, Ashtanga purifies the 6 poisons that surround the spiritual heart. God dwells in our heart in the form of light, but this light is covered by six positions: Kama, krodha, moha, Lohan, matsarya and mada. These are desire, anger, delusion, greed, envy and sloth. Alongside breath and drishti, bandhas are another key to Ashtanga. There are three principal bandhas which are considered internal body locks: Mūla Bandha(root lock); Uḍḍīyāna Bandha(naval lock); Jālaṅdhara Bandha(throat lock). "Without bandhas, breathing will not be correct, and the asanas will give no benefit"-Sharath Jois. When ashtanga practice is sustained with great diligence and dedication over a long period of time, the heat generated from it burns away all these poisons, and the light of our inner nature shines forth.


虔诚地投入到完整的阿斯汤伽系统中练习,最终会收获内心的自由。持续练习阿斯汤噶,不仅可以清洁身体,还能排除6大精神毒素(即即“欲望、愤怒、贪婪、欺骗、懒惰和嫉妒”),显现普遍的“自我”。

 

阿斯汤伽瑜伽均衡地锻炼身体的力量、柔韧度和耐力。从而改善人体的循环系统,调理身心,使人神清气爽。练习者可以获得力量与柔韧之间的平衡,改善心血管机能,使身体变得更轻盈、灵活、强健,达到给身体解毒的功效。通过对呼吸、般达和体式的控制,到达行云流水双手腾空的境界。
