Join and develop the skills to teach yoga asana, gaining a solid ground in the classical yoga tradition, and at the same time expanding your horizon for yoga practice. 

In this 200hr course, you will establish a firm foundation for physical practice, yoga theory, anatomy and spiritual growth whilst building a solid skillset for your confidence in teaching. You will notice an inside-out transformation in your yoga teaching and self-practice through this 200hr journey. 

The goal of the program is to produce QUALIFIED and INSPIRING yoga teachers who master yoga asana, art of teaching, and are able to deliver premium yoga class effortlessly for different body condition.

This informative and powerful TTC will be led by Indian master, Dr Chandan, who has solid medical background with 6-year clinical experience and 10-year experience as yoga teacher and TTC trainer. His yoga adjustment skill and restorative yoga is so powerful and known to have immediate improvement on body and emotional level. Through his TTC, not only one receives in-depth knowledge about yoga asana and teaching skills, one also learns yoga knowledge and solution for ALL body types and age groups. 

 

本次TTC由印度资深教师DR Chandan医师、瑜伽师(美国瑜伽联盟认证E-RYT200)、理疗师、冥想师)带领。Dr. Chandan出生于印度传统修行家庭,并自幼年起就开始跟随他的灵性Guru上师学习瑜伽。瑜伽对于他而言,是修心养性的法门,也是体悟人生圆满的路径。在拿到顺势理疗医学学位并从事了多年临床医学经历之后,他对瑜伽不停歇的热情驱使他前往印度最负盛名的瑜伽教育及研究学院卡瓦拉亚达翰慕卡瓦拉亚达翰慕(Kaivalyadhama)学习传统瑜伽,从理论、清洁法、唱颂、体式、呼吸控制、冥想等方面进行了更深入的学习和体验,之后又前往H.V.P. Mandal大学进行深入的修复瑜伽学习并拿到硕士学位。在完成1000小时的教学和各类TTC教师培训后,拿到了美国瑜伽联盟E-RYT的资质。Dr Chandan亦是Vipassana meditation的常年修习者,过去5年中一直带领各类内观共修、寺院禅修。Dr Chandan如今仍每年定期返回印度喜马拉雅山区,更加深入的学习瑜伽身体修复相关知识。深入的学习和多年的瑜伽教学实践让他对瑜伽有了更精湛更深层次的认知。也因他的出众的身体理疗修复课程,被众多学生所推崇。他的瑜伽纠正技巧、瑜伽身体修复、脊柱修复瑜伽以其效果显著而深受学生爱戴。Chandan老师带领的TTC不仅深究瑜伽体式,同时着重教授针对不同身体情况和不同年纪族群的瑜伽矫正技巧和瑜伽修复技巧,让学生收获最完整系统的瑜伽技能,能够为不同的身体结构、身体情况的族群提供瑜伽解决方案。

ACCREDITATION

Upon successful completion of the full course, you will receive a 200hr accreditation from Yoga Alliance (USA). This will allow you to apply to be a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance (USA)

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. A basic knowledge of yoga postures and philosophy is helpful. A sincere desire to learn and openness to the teachings of yoga is required. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the programme, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, satsangs, lectures and asana classes.

整个课程需要学生高度的自主学习动力、真诚的求知欲、敞开的心态和高度自律。 

Meat (depending on personal condition), alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. A dress-code is followed. 

根据瑜伽练习的原则,烟酒、裸露在整个课程期间完全禁止。如果可以,请尽量坚持素食。

Participants who do not comply with rules may be dismissed from the course. 

如有严重违反课堂纪律的学员,将会被警告,甚至开除。

ABOUT THE TEACHER: DR CHANDAN


Dr Chandan (E-RYT200) has been practicing yoga from a very young age following his traditional guru. For him yoga is a way to experience life to its fullest. After attending his medical degree in homoeopathy His passion for Yoga encouraged him to further his education in this specialty. Growing up in the region of Satpuda ( dubbed healing mountain by the locals) in the northern India with his mother as his first yoga teacher , it only seems natural that Dr Chandan expand his vision & vocation towards becoming a yogi in his own rights with a degree of homoeopathic under his belts Dr Chandan further pursued studies in the yoga restoratives and its effect. As he firmly believes in the restorative effect yoga to promote general well being. Dr chandan  conducted various training on Traditional Hatha Yoga,   Vinyasa flow  ,  Iyenger  method,  Yoga restoration,   Spirituality in daily Life,   Kriya Yoga Meditation ,  Yoga Philosophy,  Temple Retreat and Corporate Yoga  He also contribute valuable work in the field of Stress and various Psychological  disorders with his restorative approach. After more than 1000hours teaching, he obtained his E-RYT qualification.
