Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system of Yoga that was taught by Vamana Rishi in the Yoga Korunta. Composed by “Vinyasa” (breathing and movement system), and “Tristhana ” (three places of mindful attention), Ashtanga practice is to purify, strengthen and give flexibility to the body. Meanwhile, by rhythmic breathing with movement, Ashtanga purifies the 6 poisons that surround the spiritual heart. God dwells in our heart in the form of light, but this light is covered by six positions: Kama, krodha, moha, Lohan, matsarya and mada. These are desire, anger, delusion, greed, envy and sloth. Alongside breath and drishti, bandhas are another key to Ashtanga. There are three principal bandhas which are considered internal body locks: Mūla Bandha(root lock); Uḍḍīyāna Bandha(naval lock); Jālaṅdhara Bandha(throat lock). "Without bandhas, breathing will not be correct, and the asanas will give no benefit"-Sharath Jois


When ashtanga practice is sustained with great diligence and dedication over a long period of time, the heat generated from it burns away all these poisons, and the light of our inner nature shines forth.

阿斯伽瑜伽是全世界最古老、也最流行的瑜伽习练体系。
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga 由K. Pattabhi Jois 上师在印度mysore所授,一种古老的瑜伽系统。具有几千年的历史,以严谨和科学性著称,是瑜伽经的身体实修展阿斯加瑜伽,从字面上的意思是“八支分瑜伽”,也有译为“八步瑜伽”的。圣哲帕坦伽利(patanjali )的《瑜伽经》中就描述了的这八支分的概要。帕坦伽利(Patanjali)谈到,内在化的途径由下列八个精神修持成:

控制欲念(Yama 制欲)
自我
束(Niyama 遵行)
体式(Asana体位)
呼吸控制(Pranayama 制气)
感官抑制(Pratyahara 制

思想集中(Dharana 内省)
静坐冥想(Dhyana 静

超然忘我(Samadhi 三摩地,三昧)


有其固定的动作序(Asana, Vinyasa) 呼吸方式(Ujjayi)凝视点(Dristi)配合收束(Bandha)习练方式。到达三位一体(Vinyasa Bandha Dristi)入沉思(Dhyana)冥思(Samadhi)状。Ashtanga vinyasa yoga 总有六个系列,第一系列Yoga chikitsa练习对身体起到理和修复的功效。从中感受理解瑜伽经八支的实修过程 持戒(Yama)精(Niyama)体位(Asana)呼吸控制(Pranayama)意控制(Pratyahara)集中(Dharana)沉思(Dhyana)冥想(Samadhi)。在一个人很好地学习了体式并且能轻松地练习它们以后,可以开始制气(pranayama )的教导。制气(Pranayama)法通过呼出(rechaka),吸入(puraka),和悬息(kumbhaka)。吸收生命中的精细能量。只有这些洁净法(kriyas)根据规则与三个般达(bandhas肌肉的收缩,或锁固)一起结合练习,才能称为制气(pranayama)。三个般达(bandha)是会阴收束法(mula bandha),收腹收束法(uddiyana bandha),收颌收束法(jalandhara bandha),当练习体式等时,应当结合这些般达进行。

虔诚地投入到完整的阿斯汤伽系统中练习,最终会收获内心的自由。持续练习阿斯汤噶,不仅可以清洁身体,还能排除6大精神毒素(即即“欲望、愤怒、贪婪、欺骗、懒惰和嫉妒”),显现普遍的“自我”。

 

阿斯汤伽瑜伽均衡地锻炼身体的力量、柔韧度和耐力。从而改善人体的循环系统,调理身心,使人神清气爽。练习者可以获得力量与柔韧之间的平衡,改善心血管机能,使身体变得更轻盈、灵活、强健,达到给身体解毒的功效。通过对呼吸、般达和体式的控制,到达行云流水双手腾空的Flying感。 


相对于其他瑜伽形式,阿汤斯伽瑜伽非常强调练习的重要性。运动强度稍大,适合体能较好的瑜伽练习经验者。

Dhiraj老师在印度辨喜瑜伽大学S.Vyasa University(印度最古老悠久的瑜伽大学)修得了学士学位;Dhiraj老师的特色课程有:哈他瑜伽、阿斯汤加、流瑜伽等。课程特点在于他宁静的能量,一呼一吸中缓慢的体式打开身体里最微小和平时往往被忽略掉的地方,放下脑海里的吵杂和平日里繁琐的思绪,在这一小时里回归最真的自己。

 

Dhiraj的课程总是在不断地传递这样的信息:在平静与笑容里,我们才能回归到内心那个最安静的地方。正如Dhiraj常说的“瑜伽是生命之路,冥想是万事的钥匙,爱是普世的宗教,微笑是放之四海而皆懂的语言”。 NAMASTE!! 


Born and raised in spiritual family, Dhiraj is gifted with vibrant personality. He was trained in traditional and scientific yoga from SVYASA university, a yoga university with international repute. Studying the art of yoga, he has been teaching yoga at various level in India and abroad since 2013. He is known for powerful adjustment and energy.
